Historically, the annual SOULstice is funded by the MSBIA, by sponsors on Main Street (like Edgemar, Enterprise Fish Co., Areal, 220 Fitness, Rawvolution and others), by additional sponsorships, and by grants from the City of Santa Monica to help cover city costs. You can also volunteer with their Heal the Bay program which includes beach cleanups and working. Unfortunately, the hours are short, but the cost is cheap and the experience is hands on.
